🕘 Full-time | Executive Role
A well-funded SaaS startup is looking for a Director of Product.
We’re looking for a product leader who combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong business thinking. In this role, you’ll drive product direction, growth initiatives, and user value, while collaborating closely with R&D, marketing, and go-to-market teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall product and PLG strategy
- Own product roadmap and execution from A to Z
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive business outcomes
- Analyze product performance, customer journeys, and growth funnels
- Serve as a key voice on the executive team
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in SaaS companies
- Proven success in PLG environments
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
- Experience managing and mentoring product teams
- Passion for data, experimentation, and customer-centric thinking
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
