the chosen candidate will take ownership of the company's infrastructure as well as integrate software development and system administration processes of security, automation, and monitoring.

he or she should be highly independent and self-driven professionals, who can take full ownership of the devops domain. the right candidate thrives on taking initiative, solving complex problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of the systems.

job responsibilities: manage and maintain hundreds of servers in both on-premise and cloud environments. implement and maintain monitoring and alerting systems. ensure security best practices are followed across all systems. develop and maintain scripts for automation and integration. troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues. implement and manage backup and disaster recovery plans. document processes and system configurations. serve as the focal point for interactions with server and cloud vendors.

job requirements: 4+ years of experience with devops roles, preferably from startups (at least one role as a one man show). extensive experience with linux operating systems. strong knowledge of network administration and troubleshooting. experience with jvm (java virtual machine) and java-based applications. familiarity with cloud platforms such as aws. experience with database management and optimization. proficiency in implementing security best practices and using relevant tools. ability to work independently. strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
