About The Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Squad Lead to join our R&D team and take a central role in shaping and scaling our platform. You'll be key in driving revenue growth, 'flipping stones' to discover and implement high-impact strategies across the funnel, not just focusing on optimization, but actively shaping our growth trajectory.

Who You Are

• You have at least 5 years of experience building enterprise-grade services and applications.
• You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development using Node.js, TypeScript, Vue 3, JavaScript, and Python.
• You're a strong full stack developer or squad lead, ready to grow into a formal management role.
• You have experience mentoring developers and leading projects or features from concept to delivery.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• You're an energetic team player—self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative.
• You have hands-on experience deploying serverless services and working with CI/CD pipelines. (Experience with Terraform is a plus.)

What You’ll Do

• Lead a squad of developers, managing development tasks and providing technical guidance
• Collaborate with a multifunctional team to identify and execute the key strategic changes that will unlock growth
• Design and implement scalable features across the stack.
• Conduct code reviews and take part in technical planning and roadmap building.
