We are looking for Data Engineer Tech Lead to join our team and help drive our data strategy and architecture. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures for ingesting and processing data.
• Collaborate with data scientists and data analysts to support data-driven decision-making and develop data products.
• Optimize and improve data flow and collection processes to ensure high data quality and performance.
• Implement and monitor data processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new data solutions that meet the organization's evolving needs.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our data engineering practices.
• Lead the design and development of core data models to support scalability and business objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with data warehousing solutions and ETL tools.
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
• Strong knowledge of data modeling principles
• ⁠Extensive Experience with Data Transformation Tools (e.g., DBT, AWS Glue).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
• Experience with Workflow Orchestration Tools (e.g., Airflow).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark).

It will be great if you also have the following:

• Experience with Snowflake
• Experience with AI concepts and data preparation for model training.
• Knowledge of data governance and security best practices.
