We are looking for an energetic, creative and motivated tax professional with 3–5 years of experience in international tax to join our global finance organization as International Tax Analyst.

This role will focus on supporting implementation of our tax strategies and structure, cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing, and tax risk management across our global operations.

The International Tax Analyst is based in ADAMA's global headquarters in Airport City, Israel.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Assist with international tax advisory and planning projects including group restructurings, financing arrangements, M&A, and IP migrations.
• Assist in monitoring international tax legislative developments (e.g., OECD Pillar Two, EU tax initiatives, BEPS implementation as well as local-country updates), analyze changes to applicable laws and regulations and assess business impact
• Support tax accounting, provision and reporting processes under local GAAP and/or IFRS, including deferred tax calculations
• Support Global Reporting Unit's implementation of the Group's tax structure and Transfer Pricing policy
• Support Global Reporting Unit Finance Teams to meet tax obligations, including internal and external reporting, compliance tax audits and controversy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations) to provide tax input on global projects
• Research complex tax issues and support ad hoc special projects as needed
• Support key business initiatives, including workplan and modeling for financial impact of taxes
• Liaise and collaborate with external advisors on global tax projects
• Advise and lead implementation of tax related technology and AI based solutions to improve the group performance and compliance

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes

• 3-5 years of International Tax experience in a top-tier accounting firm, large law firm or global company
• Sound understanding of corporate tax principles and cross-border taxation (e.g., withholding tax, PE risk, CFC rules, hybrid mismatch rules)
• Knowledge of IFRS and/or local GAAP tax reporting
• Knowledge of latest technical tax trends and familiarity with tax technology systems.
• Familiarity with OECD transfer pricing guidelines
• Curious and proactive attitude toward ongoing changes in global tax regulation
• Team player who enjoys working in a multicultural, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Comfort working with data from different sources and providing significant analyses.
• Experience with industrial companies is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Law, Business, Economics or Finance. CPA an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, other IT systems - advantage
• Fluent English - daily work is conducted in English (reading/writing/speaking)
