We’re looking for a sharp, strategic, and visionary VP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships to join Pango’s executive leadership team and lead game-changing growth initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to CEO
• Lead Pango’s business growth strategy and identify new revenue streams and strategic collaborations
• Build and manage high-value partnerships across municipalities, enterprises, and technology vendors
• Negotiate complex, high-impact deals—defining clear terms, models, and long-term business value
• Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for new verticals such as mobility, loyalty programs, and urban services
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Tech, Finance, and Sales to enable large-scale execution
• Act as a strategic force within the executive team, influencing company-wide priorities and direction
• Own and optimize P&L performance for business units, including budget planning and resource allocation
• Lead and grow high-performing teams in business development and operations

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or alliances—preferably in tech
• Proven success in deal-making at scale, driving revenue through strategic collaborations
• Executive presence with experience influencing company-wide decisions and working with C-level teams
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing teams in business and operations
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a growth-oriented mindset
• Experience working across B2B and B2C models; app-based services or SaaS background is a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience with budget ownership, P&L management, and business optimization
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-impact environments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Familiarity with mobility, parking, urban tech, or transportation sectors is an advantage
