A leading cybersecurity company is looking for a Team Lead to head its Software Architecture team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior software architect with a strong development background, deep understanding of system architecture, networking, and cloud technologies, who is ready to take on a strategic leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software architects
• Own the architectural roadmap and ensure alignment with business and R&D strategy
• Drive architecture decisions, design reviews, and hands-on POCs
• Collaborate with R&D leadership and cross-functional engineering teams
• Promote engineering excellence, security, scalability, and best practices
• Ensure architectural consistency across products and teams

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
• 5+ years of experience leading architects or senior engineers
• Strong expertise in system architecture and design patterns
• Hands-on experience with AWS (GCP/Azure is a plus)
• Background in networking (TCP/IP, HTTP, VPNs) – advantage
• Proven experience designing scalable microservice-based systems
• Experience with full-stack development: backend, frontend, and databases
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent English – written and spoken
