We are looking for an Engineering Department Manager to join our R&D team!

What You’ll Do:

 Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers in a mission-driven environment.

 Oversee the design and implementation of systems that support clean energy production

and distribution.

 Ensure engineering solutions align with environmental regulations, safety codes, and

industry best practices.

 Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Executive leadership to drive innovation and system

optimization.

 Develop project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments to deliver scalable energy

solutions.

 Conduct root cause analyses, and present continuous improvement plans.

What You Bring:

 Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering (master’s preferred).

 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

 Deep understanding of engineering principles and regulatory compliance.

 Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex clean energy projects.

 Strong budgeting, cost control, and project timeline management skills.

 Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative

 Experience in the clean energy sector - advantage

 PMP or equivalent project management certification - advantage

 Experience in high power systems and/or data center environment - advantage

 Location: Kfar - saba |on site| Full-Time.
